Voice Agent
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Voice Agent handles account, calling, contact, and connected calendar data when tenant admins and tenant users use the service.
Last updated: June 11, 2026
1. Information we collect
We collect information needed to operate Voice Agent, including account details, tenant information, call metadata, contacts, configuration settings, and integration credentials provided by authorized admins.
When a tenant admin connects Google Calendar, Voice Agent receives OAuth tokens and limited account details such as the Google account email address, calendar identifier, timezone, and the scopes granted by the user.
2. How we use information
We use collected information to:
- authenticate users and manage tenant access,
- operate calling, scheduling, and follow-up workflows,
- retrieve calendar availability for connected tenants,
- create or update meeting records when the product flow requires it,
- monitor service health, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
3. Google Calendar data
Google Calendar access is used only after an authorized tenant admin or platform admin explicitly connects a Google account. Voice Agent uses the granted scopes to read availability, inspect the selected primary calendar, and support scheduling-related actions within the tenant workspace.
Google access tokens and refresh tokens are stored in encrypted form by the application. Tokens can be revoked by disconnecting the integration or by revoking app access from the connected Google account.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers and infrastructure components necessary to operate the platform, such as hosting, logging, telephony, and AI providers, or when disclosure is required by law.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data, including access controls, session security, transport encryption, and encrypted storage for integration credentials where configured.
6. Data retention
We retain data for as long as necessary to operate the service, satisfy contractual obligations, resolve disputes, comply with legal requirements, or enforce our agreements. Individual tenants may also control their own data retention practices inside the product.
7. Your choices
Tenant admins may update tenant settings, disconnect integrations, or request account-level changes through the organization that manages their tenant. End users should contact their tenant administrator for requests related to correction, deletion, or access.
8. Contact
For privacy questions about Voice Agent, contact the organization operating this deployment or the support contact shown on the Voice Agent sign-in or Google consent screen.
